2. Data collected when you visit this website
When you open this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to our host: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system identifiers. These server logs serve solely to operate the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Hosting

4. Cookies
The public pages do not set any cookies for analytics or advertising. There is no tracking and no analytics service is embedded. Only the password-protected administration area sets a technically necessary session cookie, used exclusively for signing in.
5. Fonts
All fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider is made when the page loads.
6. Google Maps
On the "Contact & Directions" page we offer a Google Maps view. The map is only loaded after you actively click on it. No data is transmitted to Google beforehand. By clicking you consent to the transfer (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); this includes your IP address and information about your device being sent to Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC. Alternatively, you can open the map directly in Google Maps.
7. Contacting us by phone
We take orders and enquiries by telephone. We use the details you provide solely to process your order and do not store them longer than necessary for that purpose. We do not operate an online ordering or reservation system.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
